This position is responsible for creating and maintaining Indexes, Case Tables and Legislation Finding Lists for printed reports, books and online information services.

Provides Rights Management support of all third party content to ensure copyright compliance and delivers productive and quality work in a timely and cost effective way, based on client standards.

Copyedits scientific articles in accordance with the rules of grammar, scientific convention and client - approved style manual. Validates corrections and ensures delivery of articles are within the set time frame.

Prepares various quality control reports such as inspection reports, online project status reports and test file analysis report. Ensures checked files are accurate.

Responsible for performing data review and conversion and/or editing based on project requirements and specifications.

Assists authors, editors and production on article concerns. Provides or suggests issue line-up to editors. Makes follow ups to authors and editors or escalates schedule concerns to publisher-clients. 

Monitors and ensures that documents follow the specific Document Type Declaration of the Clients. Collate articles from spcific issue or book and allocates volume number and page number on the entire document.

Prepares work distribution of Production and special project implementation plans identifying output, accountability and completion time

Responsible in creating and updating profiles in the database with verified information obtained from the internet based on product specifics.

Conducts page layout and ensures compliance to client's standards. Implements corrections/revisions in the document. Reviews articles to check if there are styling or layout errors, added or omitted data, spaces or margin errors.

Responsible in the development and implementation of processes and methods for intrusion detection and security monitoring to protect resources, database and operating systems.

Deals with educators, students and librarians who purchase books online. 

The internal Audit Officer is responsible for the planning, executing and coordinating the internal audit activities and reporting on operational, financial, regulatory and compliance related audits/reviews of the Company.
